Metro’s 2016 Travel Trends Survey Underway

Metro is encouraging Metrorail customers to participate in the 2016 Travel Trends Rail Passenger Survey, which is being conducted with the assistance of WBA Research now through the end of May. The survey is used by Metro planners to ensure Metrorail services reflect the needs of customers and to determine jurisdictional transit subsidy allocations.
WBA surveyors will distribute and collect questionnaires at various stations in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia every day, from station opening until closing. Metrorail customers are asked to take the survey each time they receive one.
The last Metrorail Passenger Survey was conducted by WBA in 2012.
