WBA Research was previously awarded two GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts under (AIMS and MOBIS), but those contracts have now been combined under the Professional Service Schedule Contract (PSS), Solicitation #FCO-00CORP-0000C. The consolidation of these schedules provide customers with the ability to obtain and contractors to provide, total solutions to complex professional services requirements using one contract vehicle. National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
Our experience in the health care industry and high standards of quality were first recognized in November 1998 by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), as WBA Research was certified to conduct HEDIS®1/CAHPS®2 surveys.
Starting in December 2006, our experience in the health care industry was again recognized by NCQA, as WBA was certified to conduct the HEDIS® Medicare Health Outcomes Survey. Since then WBA has been one of a limited number of research firms to be re-certified by NCQA each year.
Starting in November 2010, our experience in the health care industry was recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as WBA met the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan (MA & PDP) CAHPS® Survey requirements to be approved to administer the MA & PDP CAHPS® Survey.

The Insights Association (IA), formerly the Marketing Research Association is dedicated to advancing the practical application, use and understanding of the opinion and marketing research profession. WBA’s Project Management and Data Processing staff are active in the organization with Jeff George, Director of Data Management, serving on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
American Marketing Association (AMA)
For more than seven decades the AMA has been the leading source for information, knowledge sharing and development in the marketing profession. WBA’s Project Management staff are members of the AMA. WBA has been a proud corporate sponsor of the AMA’s Baltimore Chapter since 2002.

American Advertising Federation/ The Advertising Club of Metropolitan Washington, Inc. (DC Ad Club)
WBA is a member of The Advertising Club of Metropolitan Washington, which has served as the premier industry organization for area advertising professionals since 1918. As a chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the Ad Club promotes integrity and excellence in advertising through professional development seminars, recognizes industry leaders and outstanding work, and serves as the leading networking venue for the industry.
American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Business Member
WBA Research is a member of the American Public Transportation Association, a non-profit international association of 1,500 public and private sector organizations engaged in the areas of bus, paratransit, light rail, commuter rail, subways, waterborne services, high-speed rail and intercity and passenger rail. APTA is the only association in North America which includes all modes of public transportation. APTA members serve the public interest by providing safe, efficient, and economical transit services and products.
The Maryland Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (MSHSMD)
Allison Booker – Senior Vice President, Health Care Research – is a member of The Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (MSHSMD), the premier organization of 3,700 health care professionals responsible for strategy development and implementation in a wide array of health care organizations. The Society is one of 12 personal membership groups affiliated with the American Hospital Association.
American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR)
Founded in 1947, the American Association for Public Opinion Research is the leading association of public opinion and survey research professionals.
The AAPOR community includes producers and users of survey data from a variety of disciplines. Our members span a range of interests including election polling, market research, statistics, research methodology, health related data collection and education.
Membership in AAPOR is all about opportunity – the opportunity to learn from a diverse group of leaders in the survey and public opinion research field, the opportunity to network and exchange knowledge and the opportunity to improve how survey research is conducted and disseminated.
All AAPOR members sign the Code of Professional Ethics and Practice, pledging to maintain high standards of scientific competence and integrity in conducting, analyzing and reporting not only the results of their research but the methods behind them. Much of AAPOR’s work is focused on developing and promoting resources that help researchers meet these demanding, but vital standards.
