William Bohner Research Director
As a member of the Project Management team, Billy is involved in all components of the research process including client communication, questionnaire development and testing, coordinating fieldwork, data analysis and report development.
Billy works with clients primarily in the health care and transportation industries, most recently Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amtrak, the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).
Billy joined WBA in May 2016 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology.
