Michelle Card Research Director
As a member of the project management team, Michelle is substantially involved in managing all components of the research process, including client communication, questionnaire development and testing, coordinating fieldwork, data analysis and report development. Michelle is passionate about working closely with clients in all industries to understand their learning objectives and develop custom research that delivers actionable insights. She has applied her research experience and knowledge to studies for clients in a broad range of industries including higher education, health care, associations and transportation. Some of her recent clients include Art & Science Group, The Destination Sales and Marketing Group, Amtrak, and Universities Space Research Association (USRA).
Michelle joined the WBA team as a Research Associate in 2017. Given her talent for project management and data analysis, she was quickly promoted to Research Manager in 2018 and Research Director in 2019. Prior to joining WBA, Michelle managed the daily operations of a landscape design and installation company in New York. There, she worked closely with vendors, sub-contractors, and clients to successfully execute all elements of the project life cycle: drafting proposals, project estimates, purchase orders and contracts; locating and securing the best materials for installation; and managing a detailed invoicing system to track budgets.
Michelle graduated summa cum laude from Elon University in 2014 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish.
