Kevin Pullis Vice President
Kevin, a member of the Project Management team, is primarily responsible for managing research related to transportation and travel & tourism, as well as consumer product testing and advertising research. He manages the research process from questionnaire design and data collection through data analysis and presentation.
Kevin has extensive experience conducting custom research covering a wide variety of methodologies, including telephone surveys, Web surveys, focus groups, one-on-one executive interviewing, intercept interviews and mail/self-administered surveys. Included among his recent clients are the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA), DuPont, General Electric, Amtrak, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), and the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (NY MTA).
Kevin joined WBA in March 1999 from Goldhaber Research Associates, where he managed all aspects of both qualitative and quantitative custom-designed research. There, he gained experience in a variety of fields, particularly legal and warning label research used for advertising campaigns, large-scale project development and jury selection.
Kevin graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo, with a Bachelor of Social Sciences – Community Mental Health and a minor in English. He has successfully completed the Principles of Marketing Research certification program offered by the University of Georgia and the Marketing Research Association. Kevin is a member of the Market Research Association (MRA), the American Marketing Association (AMA), and the Transportation Research Board (TRB). In addition, Kevin is among the first to be certified at the Practitioner level by the Marketing Research Association’s Professional Researcher Certification program.
