Emily Eadie Research Manager

Emily Eadie joined WBA as a Research Associate in September of 2019 and was promoted to Research in June of 2021. As a member of the Project Management team, Emily is involved in all of the components of the research process, including drafting questionnaires and guides, organizing project timelines, analyzing data, and creating client reports to support decision making. She also works with clients, partners, WBA’s senior staff, and other departments within WBA to further develop skills and industry knowledge, as well as sharing her own knowledge of digital graphics with other members of the WBA team.

Emily has worked on both qualitative and quantitative research in the transportation, education, public service, and healthcare sectors, most recently for Amtrak, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), the Art & Science Group, HSCSN, DentaQuest and the Capital Area Food Bank.

Emily graduated from Guilford College in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and dual minors in Japanese and Computer Management & Information Technology. In December of 2018, she graduated from Shippensburg University with a Masters of Science in Research Psychology.
